Chicago Manual of Style Online?

on Thursday, November 20, 2008

Oh here we go Ladies and Gents a resource that I didn't know existed, but now that I do I'm hooked.
The Chicago Manual of Style
You can look up anything - split infinitives? The correct use of the emdash? How to get Americans to remember their u's? Well probably not the 'u' thing but all the rest it has. Pity it won't write the novel for you - one day, one day.
oh by the way they do offer a 30 day free trial, other than that it's $30/year (US dollars).

My critique partner is an English major. A friend who's online a lot too is also an English major. On the few times I need it, I've got it covered. :)

Link didn't work (went to a pic of 'Twilight' instead), but great idea. I'd love to use the manual.
